See this example

The greatest gift that a person can receive is the gift of faith (eemaan). And by faith it is meant “the belief in Allah and that Muhammad is the final messenger (and Prophet) of Allah”. It also means to disbelieve any object, person or deity as being worthy of worship. Of the greatest exemplaries of true faith is none other than Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) – peace be upon him. It is he who was instructed to call people to the hajj (pilgrimage) and Muslims still carry out this ritual to this day.

This is an example of what confirms Islam as the true religion. Muslims are far from perfect and, in their non-adherence to the pristine teachings of Islam, are not always good examples of Islam. However, what is true is that faith is about your belief in Allah and, in striving to overcome your shortcomings, have hope in the Mercy of Allah. A single man, Abraham – peace be upon him – called people to the pilgrimage and every year, about three million Muslims, from all over the world, descend on Makkah to perform the pilgrimage while two billion Muslims look on and, for most, have the desire to also perform the pilgrimage soon. This is reason enough to be grateful, but time and space can never do justice to list everything for which you should be grateful. Christians and Jews too accept Ibrahim – peace be upon him – but it is Muslims who follow him for he was neither a Jew nor a Christian but was one who submitted to Allah, i.e. one who submits to Allah is a Muslim. How then can any Muslim be anti-semitic when we are so strongly attached to Prophet Ibrahim – peace be upon him – that his way is our way. The pilgrimage is at the same time of the sacrifice of the ram in the place of Ismail. All this is an indication of how grateful we should be to be Muslim. The Palestinians have demonstrated their faith, living it and we are all witness to it. While we may not want to be in such a situation, imagine the level of their faith versus ours. But our tests are coming. South Africans have been deceived in believing good will come from the case before the ICJ. The case is likely to have challenges and perhaps fall flat as there is regime change in South Africa. It is not always possible to see every deception or to see the link between two points of deception. But it is easier when standing for the truth, you will be separated from those who believe in being colourful with the truth in their deceptive manner.

If truth be told, then the sacrifice of animals, mostly sheep, carries a profound lesson. For you to stand with truth, you have to slaughter the sheeple in you, i.e. the blind following and acceptance of government, political leaders, and people of dubious character. The same people that brought you the genocide, likely has a hand in every country in the world, include South Africa. The same people bring you scams and makes you believe that they have your best interest at heart. Don’t worry about conspiracy theories, concern yourself about the truth. The truth will reveal the conspiracies. And Prophet Ibrahim – peace be upon him – is such a great example.

Headlines

History becomes stories, the details of which are lost to most. Can you focus on the outcome only, as fact, when headlines are written, often out of sync with the detail? Is it true that it should not concern everyone but those who are scholars and seekers of knowledge?

You can speak October 07th as fact while the weighty detail behind it is ignored. You look at the masses, the general populace, and it is not uncommon for them to be ignorant (or deficient in knowledge or even information) on most matters. It is then up to the scholars and the learned to step up and fill the void by educating as is necessary. Truth, though, is key. Throughout history you will see many capitulating before the ruler of the day, except a few. Gold, money and wealth were always generously distributed so that silence on truth was bought, betrayal became the norm, and even advocating misguidance found its place in the sun. Today, the one thing that keeps Muslims together is the kalimat-ush-shahadah (the testimony of faith). Sadly, the cry of the babies, the screams of a woman being violated, and a people starved, go unanswered by those who rule over us. It is better to pray for your rulers (in Muslim lands) to be guided than to pray against them for what may follow may be worse. A good ruler will care for his people and there will be peace and security. Throughout Islamic history there were attempts to break the Muslims through ending the khilafah (caliphate)and bringing innovations and misguidance into the religion. Eventually the khilafah came to an end just over one hundred years ago because of betrayal. This word, betrayal, is like a headline and the detail need to be understood for proper context. As for innovations and misguidance, then that happened over the centuries, even at the time of the earlier generations of Muslims. The attempt to weaken the ummah (the followers of Prophet Muhammad ) is a never-ending story but, ultimately, there will always be a group of people holding onto the truth. The people of Palestine are shining examples of a people resisting oppression and dying as martyrs. As for us, Allah advises us in Quran that we have to change ourselves before Allah changes our conditions. And what must we change?

Muslims have become people of mere speech while, if there is speech to which you should be attached, then it is Quran and Sunnah. There is no better speech than the speech of Allah and the and the best of the guidance is the guidance given by Prophet Muhammad . Is it then possible for Muslims to find themselves in a wilderness while they have Quran and Sunnah? There has been much propaganda and misinformation regarding October 7th and yet there is so much that came before it. (You may also want to read

 https://capemuslimspeak.blogspot.com/2024/02/wars-and-scores.html).

As for your understanding of Islam and your approach to life, then again you have to go back to the beginning and not focus only on what the headlines are today.

The world is on the brink of massive change. Will it be good, or will it be bad? Good will only come with Islam. It will come, with or without you. The bad will come from those who have no God that they worship except evil itself. The choice you will make, consciously or otherwise, will determine whether you stand on the side of truth or not. Enough is it for you to blame the Arab leaders (and they are not blameless), but what is your contribution? Your silence is deafening. Your ignorance lamentable. Your complicity is notable.

You got played

It is true that you must focus on what is apparent. Sometimes though, “apparent” is how closely you look, e.g. females have a trait that they can remember what you wore months, if not years, ago, on a certain day, etc. And they are usually right. And sometimes what is not apparent through one sense, like the eyes, will be apparent through another sense like the nose from where you get the saying “I smell a rat”.

Muslims are guided by Quran and Sunnah and the answers are all there. Because I am not a scholar, I will leave it just there. In any case, what is making the news. In South Africa, elections were deemed “free and fair” while twenty pollical parties are contesting the results. I guess that gives a new meaning to “free and fair”. Assuming the results are accepted, then it certainly makes for interesting reading. Nothing happens by chance. About a year ago, analysts had the ANC dropping to below the 50% mark and tending nearer 40% which is more or less where they ended. At that point when the analysis was first made, the MK party was not yet a player. Did the ANC create the MK party or did they indirectly, through their targeting of a certain Jacob Zuma, create the MK party? The formation of the MK party had the desired impact on the results, dropping the ANC around 40%. This brought the DA into play as a possible coalition partner. The ANC forming an alliance with MK will be ironic since the MK is a spin off of the ANC. And likewise is the EFF. Did Cyril Ramaphosa play the game and open the door for the DA to get into government? Was this always the plan? At what point was the voters played. I know the voters are always played, but this one is quite big. The Palestinian issue was a burning issue in the election, at least in the Western Cape. The ANC has now said “country first”. Does this mean that they are willing to form a coalition with the DA who opposed South Africa taking the genocide of the Palestinians to the ICJ? Then either way, your vote may have been stolen.

And while you are trying to get to grips of how you were duped, try on a mask and social distance for effect. Anthony Fauci has let the cat out of the bag claiming that he has no idea how he came up with social distancing and masking since there is no scientific evidence for it. You got played and you got upset with people who wanted to live normal lives and not follow pseudo-science. Muslims prayers were impacted as they were not allowed to pray normally. You listened to someone who spread false news while the truth was censored and “fact-checked”. Will you have a different outlook going forward? The jab is another matter that needs to be unpacked. But already you are nervous about the truth. Yeah, the truth does that. It makes people uncomfortable, so let’s leave the jab until you are ready or Anthony Fauci tells us some important “hidden” truths about it.

The truth is apparent but how can you see it if you are hiding from it. However, the stench of their rats is so bad that you should be able to smell it, even with your mask. The truth shall set you free.
