Paradise Is the Goal, but What Is the Purpose? - Part 4

When Purpose Is Lost, Reality Speaks

Faith is not lived in isolation. It shows itself in the condition of individuals, families, and entire communities. When purpose is neglected, its absence becomes visible.

The state of the Ummah today forces us to reflect—not only on what others do to us, but on what we have neglected within ourselves.

Muslims across the world face oppression and injustice. The suffering of the Palestinians, among others, is a painful reminder of our collective vulnerability. Yet outward hardship should drive inward reflection, not distraction.

We live in a time where immorality is normalised and deception is widespread. Islam, however, remains powerful and complete. If it appears weak in practice, it is not because the message has failed—but because we have failed to embody it.

We make countless decisions daily. How often do we pause to ask: What does Allah and His Messenger ﷺ say about this? How often do we speak confidently about matters of deen while remaining uncertain of their rulings?

We invest heavily in worldly success, while Islamic education is often treated as secondary. We hope for righteousness in our children while neglecting the foundations that nurture it.

As Ramadan approaches, Allah reminds us that fasting was prescribed so that we may attain taqwa—consciousness of Him.

Conclusion

Ramadan is not merely a ritual; it is a reset. An invitation to realign our lives with our purpose. May Allah accept our fasting, our prayers, and our efforts, and guide us back to a faith that is lived with awareness, sincerity, and responsibility.

Charity begins at home. It is the right of the child that you give him/her a good foundation in the religion. Spend for the sake of Allah. The month of Ramadan, the month of the Qur’an, is an ideal starting point.

The Condition of the Ummah - Part 1

Are you a failure because you failed at something before — perhaps an exam or a marriage? For the believer, those are not failures, but tests, lessons, and reminders. You are not immune to shortcomings, for only Allah is perfect. He is the One who created everything, including you and me, and to Him we shall all return. He is the Most Merciful, and the believer does not despair in His mercy. Rather, he repents and returns to Allah, seeking closeness to Him and striving to earn His love.

Allah tells us in the Qur’an (39:53):

Say, ˹O Prophet, that Allah says,˺ “O My servants who have exceeded the limits against their souls! Do not lose hope in Allah’s mercy, for Allah certainly forgives all sins. He is indeed the All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”

The real failure is to not repent and seek the mercy of Allah.

Today, many are analysing the first phase of the peace agreement between the Palestinians of Gaza and the Zionists. Questions arise — some spoken, others unspoken — about the catalyst for the genocide that took place over the past two years. Various explanations will be offered, even drawing comparisons to the Treaty of Hudaibiyah. Yet the more serious question is: what about us? What role have we played, or failed to play? Before blaming others, introspection is needed. What will be our condition before Allah on the Day of Reckoning?

If we fail that test on that Day, then it may well be because of our condition right now. It is not enough to believe that we are “the best community raised for mankind” when we neglect what follows in the same ayah of the Qur’an.

Allah says in the Qur’an (3:110):

You are the best community ever raised for humanity—you encourage good, forbid evil, and believe in Allah.

It is the responsibility of those who claim to belong to this best community to enjoin good and forbid evil. Collectively, are we not failing in this duty? And on an individual level, are we truly playing our role in being of that best community? Therein lies the measure of success or failure.

Is our failure to come to the aid of the Palestinians not, in reality, a consequence of our failure to live by the laws of Allah?

Before anyone — especially non-Muslims reading this — suggests that Sharee‘ah can be implemented fully in lands ruled by non-Muslims, that is not the point being made here. It is the responsibility of majority Muslim nations to implement Sharee‘ah. Nevertheless, each of us must strive to live according to it — following the Qur’an and Sunnah and advising others with goodness.

When we do so sincerely, we will earn the love and mercy of Allah. Success belongs to such people — both in this life and in the Hereafter.

To summarise: we failed the Palestinians because we failed ourselves. Yet this failure is only temporary — if we return to Allah in repentance. If we then live up to being the “best community for mankind,” we will improve our own condition, call others to good, and work to prevent evil.

End Game - Part 1

 Stranglehold

Ignorance is often considered the best way to stay out of trouble or to plead innocence. Yet ignorance is just a means to avoid the truth. People gossip and readily take on that responsibility as if that is a minor sin. That already proves their ignorance about the laws of Allah, the ignorance of what it takes to do good. Of course, humans falter, but being ignorant will result in you not repenting. However much you think you remain ignorant, satan will abuse even that situation and cause you to slip further into sin. Whether it is the end of the world or your death, it will happen and it will happen soon. You have to prepare for both because, death will come, and the Day of reckoning will come.

The first sin committed by mankind resulted from the whisper of satan. Thus, know well that satan is ever whispering, be it the human satan or the one from jinn-kind. Mainstream media show images and whisper commentary, and it fills your mind while you are not sure whether or not to use a filter. And then it is what quality of filter do you have. Be educated on what the best of guides and teachers brought to us. That teacher, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ brought revelation from Allah. He taught us about a time like this. He also said that the best of places are the masajid and the worst of places are the markets.

“The most beloved of places to Allah are the mosques, and the most hated of places to Allah are the markets.”  - Sahih Muslim

Is this because Allah is remembered much in the places of worship and not so in the markets? What is your focus in the market? Consider your own position.

The Jews are preparing for the antichrist. How much do you know about the antichrist? Have you been dumbed down by the movie industry to imagine just another sci-fi horror movie? How much has that helped you and how much will it help you going forward. Ignorance is the void that satan will fill for you unless you make a concerted effort to learn and gain knowledge on the correctness of worship in its complete form. You should equip yourself with beneficial knowledge, starting, as Allah starts Quran, with the knowledge about Allah. There are many capable teachers. Your sincerity will guide you to the truth.

In this age of mass deception, a good starting point is to understand what the antichrist is about and then work back, from his prophesised time of appearance to now. How long will it be before his appearance? As for what is happening globally and more specifically in the Middle East, the arrogance of the Zionists is growing by the day. To this end, it is appropriate to raise again the issue of ad-Dajjal and share some information on him (in the next post). Always seek the Protection of Allah against the trial of dajjal for it will be a heavy test. And remember, when that time comes, it will not be a movie. Therefore, you must already be alert,

The Line in the sand - Part 6

Extremism, dogmatism, modernism, moderate are some of the many terms that can be applied to Muslims. There so many labels, all of which we will not necessarily explain, but we do need some clarity to avoid confusion and division.

This blog was always about bringing awareness that you may reflect. Seek knowledge from credible scholars. Today, we find everybody claims to follow Quran and Sunnah. That is the best news. Your teacher too will tell you to follow Quran and Sunnah, and that is what he teaches. However, what does it mean? Is it Quran and Sunnah in everything? What does sunnah mean? Ah yes, here we are interjected by Quranists who claim that they follow only Quran. Part of the infiltration of the enemies of Islam, orientalists have planted the seed for people, claiming to be Muslim to reject hadith. Therefore, learning about the history of Islam and the evolution of the legal system, even at a basic level, is important. As part of this point, the revelation of Quran and its preservation, as well as the preservation of hadith, will debunk any thought that that either or both can be rejected.

This note is not extensive, but merely to highlight certain issues like the misunderstanding of the Quranists on the subject of hadith. We merely touched on preservation, but there is much more to hadith than just the matter of preservation. The study of hadith is actually a science. Admittedly, this is what stumps many people who do not have any grounding in hadith. The matter is not helped by the ulama who are sometimes careless in the use of hadith. This attitude to hadith helps Quranists to dismiss hadith. Many-a-time, you hear the phrase “stay in your lane”. While I find this problematic generally, if applied here, then it is better for most people not to quote hadith. One reason is that it may indeed be a fabricated hadith and to quote that is to effectively lie against Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. No Muslim will want to do that. Did I just open the door for the Quranist? That is not a concern because fault-finding and twisting the religion are the tools of the enemies of Islam. Of course, people must attend classes and educate themselves. Through that, you may be in a better position to quote hadith because you have some understanding of a particular hadith. The ulama, in turn, must themselves, advise the people from which hadith source or compilation he has taken the hadith. Then also mention its grading. The many victories from this include your attachment to hadith and refuting Quranists, and secondly, showing love for Prophet Muhammad ﷺ by narrating his hadith.

Already, in pursuing this path, there is upliftment through this knowledge. The yearning to learn more will burn stronger in the sincere person. In quoting correctly from Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and implementing this knowledge, then it shows love for him ﷺ. The honour that his words have reached you and that you can convey the message is humbling. So, the main sources of knowledge is Quran and sunnah. On this path, you are following the straight line drawn in the sand.

The line in the sand - Part 5

Integration follows Allah’s warning in Quran that the Jews and Christians will never be satisfied with you, the Muslim, unless you follow their way of life. You pray, you fast, you give charity, you perform pilgrimage, so surely you cannot follow their way?

This is how they see it anyway and they surely want you to give up on your beliefs. However, Islam, being a complete way of life and that the role of the Muslim, as one who submits to Allah, is to establish the good and forbid the evil. That is a huge analysis on its own and a course that, if not yet designed, then must be presented to all of us. Earlier, we mentioned dress-code which should also include the term tabarruj. Many people who will claim to be hijabi’s are, in fact, not hijabi’s because they do not fulfil the criteria. Yet they still remain the target of non-Muslims and specifically, Islamophobes. Are the males in the clear concerning their dress-code? Hint: have you seen a male bowing or prostrating in prayer while their back (the awrah) is exposed? This is but an example. Are these examples an indication that, in some way, Muslims are sinful in these aspects and incline to practices conflicting with Allah’s laws? Does not the honey that satan has placed before you, then grow tentacles? How much more do Muslims imitate non-Muslims, and then look for loopholes to do so? Music? Besides listening to it, attending concerts, promoting it, being well versed in the lyrics while, by their actions, taking Quran for a joke.

Marriage: the path to it, the preparation for it and understanding the rights of husband and wife. Do you not find, very often, that people quote non-Muslims on the rights of the spouses while what is quoted is contrary to Islam? Have we crossed that line in the sand? The list of transgressions is ever growing. Of the biggest problems that beset us, is pride. What are the reasons for this? On the one hand, we can and must question this, but, on the other hand, it is not necessary to wait to find all the answers and then get into a state of analysis paralysis. Rather, the simple answer is that a simple question must be asked: “Am I Muslim?”. From this will spring forth other simple questions and answers. Islam is easy. What does it entail to be a Muslim? What is the purpose of life (on earth)? From where do I take my knowledge? And a few more questions like that. Those with pride will justify clinging to every deviating path, at the head of which is a satan. Those who humble themselves before Allah, will strive to follow our illustrious leader, teacher and guide, sent by Allah Almighty. We make no apologies for being Muslim and holding firmly onto the rope of Allah and being a follower of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

Reflect and connect with true guidance. Unlearn and relearn. Imbibe the knowledge that will grant success, in this world and beyond. Be constantly aware of that line in the sand that you stay on the path of guidance. Ditch pride to the extent that people might mock you for not being fashionable, for not being with it or even for not being traditional. Act only for Allah’s sake and always call to His guidance in the best manner possible.

The Line in the sand - Part 4

The Pope of the Roman Catholic Church has passed on. The first Jesuit Pope. At eighty-eight years old, it seems natural for someone to die seeming in good health just before then. Allah gives life and Allah takes life and, indeed, Allah knows best.

The line in the sand dictates that Muslims stick firmly to this line and avoid the deviating lines which has a satan at its head. So, what is deviation? What will save you? It is time to unlearn old things and learn the true knowledge. The world landscape is changing but Muslims have been dragged in so deep into this mischievous system, that is hard to see right from wrong. Muslims applaud other Muslims who have reached senior positions in many fields across the globe and spectrum. The applause many times because of blinkers. Career, title and position are important – or so you have been taught. Society, duped over generations, laud your achievements. Yet, here we are, a weak and divided ummah. So why have you studied and what are you contributing? Shall we join the dots and see that your achievements join the dots of the miscreants instead of breaking them? How did our education system – globally – come about? Is our education designed to suit those that have designs to oppress us? Are we currently oppressed? What is your understanding of oppression? There is work to be done to join the dots. Time is running out though, for you to save yourself and your family from the fire. At least, let us die on true eemaan and may we leave pristine Islam as our legacy to your offspring.

As for saying “rest in peace”, then that is not something that a Muslim says. What we say is that Allah shower the deceased with His mercy and grant him/her entrance into paradise. Who is eligible for paradise? It is in our speech and action that we follow Prophet Muhammad ﷺ  as our teacher and example. Doing this is part of the rectification of ourselves and inclining to the obedience to Allah and His messenger, Muhammad ﷺ. The bottom line is that our education and what flows from it, must be for the sake of Allah. Allah is the Provider, Nourisher and Sustainer and upon Him we depend. Let not the wealth be a rope around our necks, rather let it be our wings to paradise. The doctor or his medication does not cure, Allah cures. Hence let our dependence be on Allah and medicine only be the means. Shall I stop for now? Follow Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and earn the love of Allah and who better to love you than Allah. Peace will descend upon you. Following other than this path will invite stress, fear and much misguidance. Every deviation from the straight path has a satan at its head. And deception is a key tool of satan.

Reflect. Unlearn and relearn. My aim is merely to remind and create some awareness. You must learn from reputable sources. Be constantly aware of that line in the sand that you stay on the path of guidance. Pray for me as I pray for you. I will endeavour to touch on the end times in another post at another time, if there is interest in-sha-Allah.

The line in the Sand - Part 2

Studying history, Islamic history, will outline, at least, the matters that deeply affect us today and how that came about. Belief, your eemaan (faith in Allah) is the most important blessing. The hadith says that a time will come when holding onto your faith will be like holding onto a hot coal (research the hadith, learn more about it and reflect upon it).

Perhaps it is an opportune time to reflect on the first lot of concerning matters. Allah tells us in Quran about a refrain of the disbelievers when they said words to the effect that they follow only what they found the fathers doing. They follow tradition or incorrect beliefs. So do you say “we always did it like this” or “I was taught this way”, rather than “what does Allah and His messenger ﷺ say”. This issue does reflect on matters of belief because it means that with the right belief you will always strive to “obey Allah and His messenger ﷺ ”. Tradition and culture is, of course, permissible, if it is in no way contradicting the pristine teachings of Islam. Upon reflection, one of the lessons that probably everybody can take from this is that you have to unlearn certain things. Your obedience to Allah and His messenger ﷺ  is paramount. Many have spent twelve years or more at school and then at tertiary educational institutions. How much of that knowledge is sound and how much must be discarded? Take a moment to reflect. These posts will not do justice to the many changes you and I have to contemplate and make to unlearn, relearn and improve. The most important thing is to strive to do your utmost and learn to join the dots. That one dot of honey satan put on that sheet has tentacles and how many strayed since.

That brings us to a hadith which states that Prophet Muhammad ﷺ drew a line in the sand and then drew other lines off it, warning us that at the head of every line (that deviated off the main line) is a satan. What else is of immediate concern to us, some of which look right but is in error? Dress-code, both male and female: how much do you imitate others, extravagance, calling yourself hijabi when indeed it does not conform to proper standard. Careers and jobs – which jobs are haram or working for which companies are prohibited? What about politics? What about allegiances? What about charity? What about social events?  And the list goes on.

This is about jihad-un-nafs (the struggle within yourself to correct yourself for Allah’s sake). How are we going to contribute to the rectification of the ummah when we are in need of correction ourselves? When then will the ummah be ready to take its rightful place as envoys of Allah on this earth? While you are busy rectifying yourself, you need to learn to join the dots and avoid a relapse because of satan’s and his cohorts’ incessant attempts to remove you from the obedience of Allah.

Blind following of Misguidance – Part 5

The doctrine of the Trinity was first established 325CE. I will leave you to fill in the blanks, but it certainly was not the universally accepted in Christendom until that time. Even then there were, and still are today, unitarians. Why is this important?

Actually, this post has little to do with Christianity. Rather, it is to do with Muslims and them not making those mistakes, but rather understand the methodology of how knowledge is transmitted and what the main sources are of knowledge in Islam. That said, like the issue of Trinity being a fundamental belief of Christians, Muslims believe that to be a flawed belief. What is the Muslim belief? To believe that there is no deity worthy of worship and that Muhammad ﷺ is His messenger. Understanding the “no deity” is important because this must include, in proper understanding, the rejection of all false deities, in whatever shape or form. Then it is to accept the Messenger, Muhammad ﷺ, and follow him, for without that, your testimony of faith has shortcomings, and you cannot be a believer. This is the view of Ahlus Sunnah wal jama’ah. As for the pillars of eemaan (faith), then it includes the acceptance of all Messengers, sent by Allah, and divinely revealed books. Any deviation to this is a deviation from true eemaan and thus from Islam. Those who reject and curse the companions of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ have rejected ayaat from Quran and thus they have not fulfilled the requirements of basic beliefs and nullifies the testimony of faith. There are clergy (I think it is a better word to use in this instance) who proclaim that those who utter the shahadah (testimony of faith) are Muslim, without proper understanding and analysis. Muslims judge by what is apparent and not what is hidden. Utterances of kufr (disbelief) are apparent and cannot be excused without being rectified or drawing a verdict of kufr. There are acts of kufr which does not cause you to be out of the fold of Islam. Then there are acts and utterances which directly impacts your aqeedah (beliefs) which put you out of the fold of Islam. Some things are best explained with caution in the public domain.

In short, the Shi’a issue is, unfortunately, not well understood in the community. They are not of us, and we are not of them for their beliefs are not in line with Ahlus-sunnah. Even if you claim to be Sunni, and you do not honour the companions of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, then you have serious issues with your aqeedah. On other matters, you see people praying to the dead, as intermediaries, while at a point there was, in a community, people praying “unknowingly” to a donkey. Still, how can some still consider praiseworthy – Allah help us. This is how we are moving away from proper aqeedah because more emphasis is placed on the word of “clergy” than proper sources of knowledge. There are many more such cases of misguidance.

Understanding the issue of aqeedah is to also look at the Jews and Christians and see the mistakes they made. Sticking to the basics is easier and better. Avoid taghut and the mere words of people/clergy. Strengthen your eemaan with true understanding of aqeedah and the acceptance thereof. Seek out those who are firm on aqeedah and learn from them.

We pray for His guidance and protection.

Ego

The ego trip, a brief journey that can feel like an eternity, leads nowhere but to one's own self-importance. If you find yourself offended when corrected, it is a clear sign of ego at play.

Genuine discussions, where learning thrives, are rare. Rather than seeking truth, many strive to be right and have others validate their views. The question often arises: why are some brilliant minds not adherents of Islam? The answer lies in their pride, ego, and closed hearts that resist accepting the truth.

A major hurdle within the ummah (Muslim community) is the matter of aqeedah, or belief system. Aqeedah encompasses the correct beliefs held by Muslims and was a central focus of Prophet Muhammad's ﷺ teachings. Many claim to follow the Quran and Sunnah yet introduce unauthorised elements, while others draw guidance from questionable sources.

Prophet Muhammad's ﷺ approach was straightforward and uncomplicated. Those who reject him or his hadith cannot be considered Muslims, and those who malign his character risk the consequences. Some individuals defend their positions out of ego, despite knowing the truth. The noble conduct of our pious predecessors involved humility in admitting when they lacked knowledge saying “I don’t know” often, contrasting with those who assert knowledge, without merit, as if divine revelation.

The issue of ego extends beyond religious leaders to all individuals. It may involve questioning the credibility of knowledge in relation to the Quran and Sunnah. Maintaining a teachable spirit, even if wisdom comes from an unexpected source, is crucial. However, reliance on consistently erroneous guides driven by ego is unwise. Continuous learning and study are paramount. While respecting teachers, idolising them should be avoided as they are fallible. Quran and Sunnah serve as the primary sources of knowledge, and any information contradicting them is deemed unacceptable.

Reflecting upon Iblees' refusal to bow to Prophet Adam, peace be upon him, prompts further contemplation on the influence of ego and the importance of humility in seeking knowledge.

Chain Reaction

The reason I blog is not to be an influencer or to chase views and likes. While that may be helpful to spread a message, the example is that of Prophet Ibrahim and Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon them). Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) called to the pilgrimage to Mecca and thousands of years later, millions of people are still doing it each year. He called to it without social media, any mass or mainstream media. Likewise, the message of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ has billions of adherents to Islam. All this by the will of Allah.

Lately, I have been in discussion, more and more, on the issue of the education system, the role of media and the non-stop propaganda, all leading people upstream. How do you protect your children. First off is that you must learn and understand the truth and then be willing to defend it and spread it. History is written by the “victors” and so colonialism was dominant to the degree that today those colonialists still hold the power and the reins. You were born into their system. When they realised that the slavery with chains on the ankles and wrists were not going to cut it, they did a wondrous thing. They put the chains on the brains. So, you are a product of colonialism think that you are free while you have been duped because, in truth, the chains are now on the brains. The mind is a wonderful thing and if more were to use it correctly, then life will be a different place, a better place. The education system was presented as a means to freedom while it has been used as a means to further slavery. Had we been wise, we would have used the schooling system to our advantage and not, as you are doing now, allowing the chains to be tightened on the brains of your children. The banking and economic system too are presented as a means out of poverty and for your protection on so many fronts. Then comes the medical system with its infinite number of drugs and prescriptions. With all these things in place, you are paying for your own enslavement. Indeed, you are a glorified slave. You did say that at least you have religious freedom.

All this needs further unpacking, with examples. Perhaps the interest shown, will necessitate more notes and blogging. At this moment, I am thinking aloud. Many of you who dared to read this note, will still dismiss it, because it is too much thinking. For some, it will go to the extent whereby they prove the system, by calling me a conspiracy theorist. Yet, here I am, merely asking you to think with your God-given brain and then to share thoughts.

I will be failing in my duty if I don’t remind you of a piece of history. At the time of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, before the hijra, two tribes of Madinah (then Yathrib), Aws and the Khazraj were enemies of each other. But there was a third group present in Madinah who both fanned the flames of hatred between those two tribes and was effectively the supplier of arms. You know your history. It is just to join the dots. Then start to understand who controls basically every facet of life today. Allah has given them rope in their trespass and soon they will be brought to account.

Fast forward for a moment – and we will need to start working back – from this point. What have you prepared for tomorrow, i.e. the Day of Account? And did you know that it is important to seek refuge against dajjal? He may not be here in your lifetime, but his minions are already hard at work. So then also prepare the generations to come to always seek refuge in Allah.

May it be easy.

Things to consider

They walked wide-eyed into the trap. They were blinded even with perfect vision. They were weakened even though they ate and drank well. They were poor even though they lived in beautiful houses and drove fancy cars. Their hearing was good, loving the vibey noisy atmosphere.

The stories of Quran are more than just stories. Every story in Quran has application and, right now, in our state, we can analyse and apply  it to us. One story that comes to mind is that of Talut, when marching to fight Jalut, instructed the army not to drink from the water from the river, yet many of them drank. They were not allowed to continue with the army. Alhamdulillah, the reduced, smaller army was still granted victory. Today, Muslims are lured into various traps, some openly siding with the enemy, others drinking from the water and becoming ineffective in establishing justice and peace. First off is that Muslims need to understand their shahadah (testimony of faith) which is based on Tauheed. The “army” of Muslims will be small, and you will need to understand the reasons for it. Then ask yourself whether you are part of this army or have you already disqualified yourself. Words are easy to utter, it is in the execution that you are part of the those who call to good and forbid the evil. When you are instructed not to drink from the river, will you drink?

Politics and economics affect us all. Yet, which politics and which economics today are Islamic? You may be concerned about Trump’s election as president, but it is of little consequence to us. Rather, it is the system and who he represents that are greater concern. People talk about state capture but that has been the order of the day from long before. This means that the majority of people in the world are governed and ruled over by a much stronger cabal (Zionism?) than the people you think is your government. So, what is the way forward. You have three options open to you: One is to drink from the river (which most are doing anyway). Secondly, you can abstain from drinking from the river. Thirdly, you can remove yourself from the worldly affairs and claim your worship is all that matters.

You have been blessed by being given that extra moment to make the right decision. Use it and choose wisely. There is no place for cowboys, nor cowards.

Moment of Truth

The most significant moment in your life is that moment that you take your last breath. It is that moment that you write the conclusion to your life as either one who died upon truth or one who was in error: either a coward or a disbeliever.

It does not matter how many people read my blog or like my posts. My role, like your role is to be on truth. What is important is that you love truth and that you are not selective on it. That does not mean that you do not make mistakes. Rather it is about your foundation. If it is strong and upon truth, then you will always fall back onto truth and not be misguided. Yet, here we are, witnessing a genocide and staring a possible great war, even world war in the face. No one is wishing for it, except the zionist zealots. It is good that people continuing to raise awareness on the Palestine issue. It is frightening, though, that people are not joining the dots and understanding that the same people who perpetrate the evil in Palestine, are the same people who put you, nay the world, including the haramain (two holiest mosques in Islam) under lockdown and then coerced everyone, bar the few, to take their poison. The last hundred years and a bit are most significant in our current history. Of course, you can trace the plotting, planning and implementation of an evil scheme even further back, but the most relative to us is the last century. Perhaps, symbolically, the fall of the caliphate is a yardstick. The system was implemented to make you a glorified slave, chasing the world, thinking that you are successful. Satan got our father Aadam – peace be upon him – to eat from the forbidden tree while Aadam was taught by Allah Himself. How cunning is satan and his minions not in fooling you too into thinking that the system is for your benefit. What is the purpose of your creation? What is your duty to earn the title of “believer” by Allah. Here you are, at the behest of a satanic force, while the command of Allah is neglected. It will be claimed that more people can read and write than ever before, yet that “literacy” is not based on true knowledge. Sadly, you have not become literate to read, study, ponder the words of Allah. Remember the first ayaat (roughly translated a “verses”) – see chapter 96 of Quran.

Before this post becomes too long, let me hit the pause button. Certainly, there is much more to discuss. It is time that you apply yourself to understand more of the genocide and how related global events and plotting are, while then starting to join the dots. Don’t get carried away with the US elections, since it is a deception. May your last action be your best action and may you die upon complete truth.

Where are you running to?

The path to walk is the path to paradise. Alas, man is lost, and in his every word and action he is fleeing from Allah. There are enough scholars to explain this to you, therein lies the first challenge.  The challenge is the preparedness and the ability to fulfil the purpose for which we were created.

Two points which you must research, ponder on and then act on accordingly, relates to your purpose in life. The first refers to the very creation of man. In whichever appropriate translation or interpretation you take, is that we were created as representatives of Allah on earth. I will leave the word as “representative”, but the meaning is far bigger than that. Suffice to say that the second is to command with good and to prohibit evil and sin. Today, we are at the behest of people who do not even know God. How are we fulfilling our role. There is a genocide happening and we plead with them to stop. Of course, there will be consequences at some point because they will be brought to account by Allah. But what is our role in this since we cannot be fulfilling the commands of Allah or the purpose for which we created. It is true that at the overarching level, the purpose is to worship Allah. That worship cannot be confined to mere rituals while Islam is a complete way of life.

Too few are joining the dots. Too few people know anything about the signs of the hour. And what is meant by the hour. While it is about the end of the world and the day of judgement, what really should concern you is that Muslims are not fulfilling their duties to ensure justice and peace. The result of this is that the control is resting with people who are hellbent on destruction. The short version of destruction is to destroy all good and increase in evil and deception. Is this all making the “hour” ever closer to the time in which we live?

You are hoodwinked by politics as if it is real.  Who will win the election etc. And which party this and which party that.  They make you believe this is all real. The genocide is real, alright. What else?

They are our mothers

The vast majority of people, because of their morality, will not take kindly to someone swearing and cursing their mother. What exactly will be your response to such a vile act? What if it is your own brother swearing your mother? This seems unimaginable but it is real. There are real family issues and cause families to split or to disown their own.

Hezbollah lost their leader on the weekend. Since then, the world witnessed a show of fireworks as Iran fired two hundred missiles on occupied Palestine, some calling it Israel. There is every indication that the groundwork is being laid for a world war, yet the latest Iranian action needs scrutiny. That scrutiny I leave to you because it is easy to dismiss a statement without taking the time to analyse the facts, and, in the absence of clear facts, to look at plausibility. Let us go back to history defining moment in Islam. The year is 680AD. Hussain bin Ali is the grandson of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. He opposed the caliphate of Yazeed bin Muawiyah. While in Makkah, he was invited to Kufah whose people wanted to pledge allegiance to him. He travelled there with his family and camped about 70km away, at Karbala. There he was martyred with many of his family while the people of Kufah, after inviting him, offered not even one person is support. Thus, the people of Kufah betrayed Hussain. These same people wish to venerate him after his death while his death can be attributed to their betrayal. Shi’ism started off as political but because they declare(d) the majority of the companions of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ as apostates, the differences with Sunni Islam are noticeable. There are many books on the subject and many ulama capable on the subject. The primary difference, more than their claim that Ali bin Talib should have been the first caliph rather than Abu Bakr, is their reviling of the noble companions and the wives of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. The wives of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ are considered the “mothers of the believers” (per Quran 33:6). Thus, there is a group who swear our mothers and making takfeer (pronouncing a Muslim out of the fold of Islam). This group betrayed Hussain bin Ali but claims to love the Ahlul Bayt.

While some may think that notes like this cause division, then rather consider this as a reminder, both to protect our eemaan (faith) and to firmly show our love for Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, his household – including his wives, and all his companions – Allah be pleased with them. The last thing to consider is the complicity of the Iranians in the death of Ismail Haniya, followed by their unimpactful missile “attack” on Israel.

The call to the Muslims is to stick to their faith, following Quran and Sunnah. Allah has raised the rank of the companions and wives of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Those who revile them are not of us and we are not of them. We place our trust in Allah who will grant victory to the believers.
